Porcelain "Raschig" rings

 

They are used in chemical and similar industries.

 

 

Rasching rings are supplied unglazed.

 

 

Rough dimensional tolerances according to JUS.B.D7.030 are applicable.

 

 

 

Raschig rings are made of hard porcelain KER 110.1 and KER 111 according to DIN 40685.

Electrical filter porcelain insulator

Electrical filter porcelain insulator is widely used in chemical and similar industries responsible for area pollution.

 

All surfaces are white glazed, except marked with two triangles, which are to be ground.

 

Unless othrwise agreed, rough dimensional tolerances according to JUS B.D7.030 are applicable.

 

Electrical filter porcelain insulator is made of hard porcelain KER 110.2 according to DIN 40685.

Insulators for excavators

                                                     

 

 

 

These insulators are widely used for mining excavators as bushing cable insulator.

Insulators are made of hard porcelain KER 110.2 according to DIN 40685.

All surfaces are white glazed, except frontal surfaces.

Rough dimensional tolerances according to JUS B.D7.030 are applicable.

Porcelain insulators cells

Cell "A" is white glazed. Unless otherwise stated rough dimensional tolerances according to JUSB.D7.030 are applicable. Porcelain insulator cells are widely used in tubs for zinc electrolysis. These products are made of hard porcelain KER 110.1 according to DIN 40685. This material has high mechanical strength and chemically is inert to all acids except hydrofluoric acid. Unless otherwise stated, rough dimensional tolerances according to JUS B.D7.030 are applicable.

Cell "B" Cat. No. 9.14.2
Unless otherwise stated, rough dimensional tolerances according to JUS B.D7.030 are applicable. Cell "B" is brown glazed. Porcelain insulator cells are widely used in tubs for zinc electrolysis. These products are made of hard porcelain KER 110.1 according to DIN 40685.
 

 

 

Porcelain pistons for pump
 
Porcelain pistons are used for diaphragm pump in chemical or similar industries. Porcelain piston part is made of hard porcelain KER 110.2 according to DIN 40685. This material has high mechanical strength and chemically is inert to all acids except hydrofluoric acid. Porcelain piston part is overall surface unglazed. Rough dimensional tolerances according to JUS B.D7.030 are applicable. Porcelain pump pistons can be supplied in other sizes than here shown, upon customers request and detailed drawings.

Porcelain hydrocyclon is designed for use in sugar industry for sand separation from milk of lime. Porcelain hydrocyclon is made of hard porcelain KER 110.1 according to DIN 40685.
